以2分之差与本科失之交臂之后，我来到了辽宁财政高等专科学校，我没抱怨，没气馁，为了破解当时大专生常见存在的自卑心理和就业难点，我创建了创业人士协会，提出了创业就是就业，而且是更高起点的就业口号，用创业人士的规范来严格需要自己和所有会员，通过有效的策划和组织，带领会员进行各种创业尝试，最后达成了两个目的：一是协会所有些运营资金都源于协会各种实践活动的收入，没向会员收取任何会费;二是绝大多数会员经过协会的训练后，重拾了自信，在日后的求职和职业进步过程中，都表现出了比非会员更强的优势。据我近期对母校的认知，现在这个协会仍然在运作，依旧是学校中最务实、最具影响力的协会。
2002年7月毕业后，我选择了一家小型外贸公司。基于两个缘由：一是中国刚刚加入WTO，外贸势必有大进步;二是小公司里可以接触到外贸全过程，能飞速提升自己的业务素质。从对外贸一无所知到精通每个操作环节，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班请教，晚上自学研究。在完成工作目的的同时，有意识的对业务步骤、单证进行规范，自编了外贸制单系统，使制单效率提升了75%，同时保证了单据的准确性。在过去的六年中，先后帮助公司打造国际业务部与国际市场开发部并担任主管，打造完善部门规章规范。我负责的国际市场开发部在过去的3年中创造了近亿元的销售营业额，为公司创造收益2000多万元。现在我所服务的公司已经成为当地水产龙头企业，职员近千人，年产值超越亿元大关。
我觉得我具备以下的几个优点
